If you've ever tried to price an SEL program, you know the ritual: fill out a form, wait for a call, sit through a demo, and finally get a quote. Most major vendors make you do this before they'll name a number. We think that's backwards. Here's how we're different.

1. We publish our pricing

Our starting rates for professional development: virtual sessions from $500, in-person keynotes from $1,500, half-day workshops from $2,500, and full-day trainings from $4,000. Multi-session district partnerships are custom-quoted. You can budget before you ever talk to us.

2. Aligned with the CASEL framework

Everything we teach maps to the five CASEL competencies, which keeps your SEL work consistent with how most California districts already talk about it.

3. Staff wellbeing is part of the offer

SEL fails when the adults are burned out. Our educator self-care circle and wellness check-in treat teachers as people, not delivery systems. SEL is an eligible use under some state funding streams, such as the Learning Recovery Emergency Block Grant, so confirm eligibility with your own business office.

4. Local, with real people

We're based in Chico and serve Butte County and the surrounding Northern California counties (Shasta, Tehama, Yuba-Sutter), in person or virtually. You get a short email chain with the founders, not a ticket number.

5. Start small, scale if it works

Try the free lessons with a few classrooms or run a single staff session. We'd rather earn a longer partnership than lock you into a contract on day one.

We're a young organization and we say so. If you want a vendor with a thousand-district logo wall, we're not that. If you want a responsive partner, clear prices, and practical sessions your teachers will actually use, let's talk.
